Over the past several years, I've been living in popup cities around the world- temporary villages where entrepreneuers, researchers, engineers and creatives gather to learn, experiment, and build. These communities are rich in ideas, but demanding. High-stimulus environments disrupt routines and make it hard to manage energy, focus, and relationships. In response, I design wellness initiatives and human-centered tools like social battery name tags, host themed gatherings, and share mental health resources to help people navigate these challenges. I’ve learned that the strength of any community lies not just in its ideas, but in the human systems that allow them to thrive.
