Over the past several years, I've been living in popup cities around the world- temporary villages where builders, researchers, and creatives gather to experiment. These communities are rich in ideas, but demanding: high-stimulus environments disrupt routines and make it hard to manage energy, focus, and relationships. In response, I design human centered tools like social battery name tags, host themed gatherings, and share wellness resources to help people manage these challenges. I’ve learned that the strength of any community lies not just in its ideas, but in the human systems that allow them to thrive.
