Hi, I’m Cait. I’ve always struggled with ADHD - though it took me years to really understand what that meant. For a long time, it just felt like I was out of sync with everyone else - always a few steps behind or off on my own track.
With a lot of trial and error, and a master's degree in clinical rehabilitation and mental health, I’ve leaned into building systems that help turn chaos into creativity, motivation and connection.
The name "Dear Human" started as a riff on "Hello World" - the first line of code every programmer learns. In an age where we're building more technology than ever, the most important work is still human: understanding yourself, finding your people, and designing a life that reflects both.
