Rethinking Therapy
While earning my master’s in mental health counseling at UNC, I learned that the strongest predictor of therapeutic success isn’t a technique, but trust. Trust in a therapist creates a safe space to explore who you are, and trust in yourself builds the confidence to pursue your goals. Therapy, alongside other self-discovery practices, deepens our relationship with ourselves and helps us connect authentically with others. This core understanding drives my mission: to help people achieve self-understanding and genuine connection.
