Paths to Recovery

In grad school, I helped people with serious mental illness build their own Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) that identify triggers, early warning signs, good daily habits, and coping strategies. The plans did more than list helpful tools; they restored a sense of control and helped people steer their own recovery. I still share this practice, co-creating simple roadmaps while things are calm and clear - so they are ready when you need them.
