Directing focus

My ADHD journey has been one of trial, error, and self-discovery. ADHD isn’t a deficit of attention, but an executive function disorder- more about directing focus rather than lacking it. I've learned that the basics- hydration, movement, and simple routines set the foundation for everything. The ADHD brain craves dopamine - and novelty - so I have learned to build structure that also enables flexibility. Time blindness is another huge challenge that requires visual tools to make time and tasks more tangible. Over the years, I’ve developed a toolkit that I share with others navigating ADHD.
