At Dear Human Design, your privacy matters. This site is the personal portfolio of Cait Chizmar. This Privacy Policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

This is a personal portfolio, so it collects very little. Anything involved falls into two categories:

• Personal Information: If you email me or submit a form on this site, such as the Levu waitlist or the Social Current feedback form, I receive whatever you choose to enter, like your name and email address. You never need to provide this just to browse.

• Basic Technical Data: Like any website, the hosting provider automatically logs standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to keep the site running and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information you share is used only to:

• To Provide Services: If you contact me or join a waitlist, I use your details to reply and to send you what you asked for, such as updates about a project.

• To Improve Our Website: Basic log data helps keep the site available, fix problems, and understand which pages people find useful.

• To Send Updates: If you opted in to a waitlist or newsletter, I may email you occasional updates about that project. You can unsubscribe or ask me to remove you at any time.

3. Sharing Your Information

I do not sell or trade your personal information. It is only shared in these limited cases:

• Service Providers: The site relies on a few trusted providers to run. Vercel hosts the site, and forms are handled by Tally and Typeform. Anything you submit passes through these services under their own privacy policies.

• Legal Compliance: If required by law, I may share information to comply with a legal obligation or to protect my rights.

I take reasonable measures to protect any information you share. That said, no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
